I didn’t want this incredible dining experience to end! I have been here for lunch many times, but this was the first time to try the dinner. Beautiful 5 course dinner, prepared and cooked in an intimate atmosphere by a wonderful husband and wife team. French inspired cuisine using local ingredients. The chef spent 2 years working in a 2 Star Michelin restaurant in Cannes, France (many years ago) and this talent shows through! Couldn’t recommend this experience more highly enough. Extremely special. A real gem in rural Japan.
